Prior to PMO DNA, John served in many PMO leadership roles including Vice President, Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) at Catholic Health Initiatives; Vice President, PMO, Business Process Improvement at Rolls-Royce; Project Management Officer at Oregon Health & Science University; corporate PMO leader at Honeywell; and Senior Management Consultant at a leading PPM software company. Throughout his career, he has successfully designed and implemented high-value, high-impact organizational project management solutions across a variety of industries including Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Computer, Energy, Engineering, Financial & Banking, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Information Technology, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Telecommunications.
John is active in professional organizations as a speaker and subject matter expert including Project Management Institute (PMI), PMO Global Alliance, and Gartner. He held a Project Management faculty position at Portland State University and served on several advisory councils including the PMI education member advisory council, Microsoft Project customer advisory council, and Scottsdale Institute advisory council.
